JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is partnering with an international law firm that is looking to hire an experienced Legal PA to join their Dubai office. This role offers a blend of PA support to fee earners alongside wider administrative and office operations responsibilities.
Based in Dubai, the Legal PA will provide high level support including complex diary and email management, preparing correspondence and legal documents, organising travel arrangements and coordinating meetings. The role will also assist with preparing engagement letters, opening matters, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the billing process by preparing first draft bill narratives and managing end to end submissions.
Key responsibilities also include supporting marketing and business development activities such as updating contact lists, assisting with pitch materials, conducting basic research, and helping with internal and external client events. This is a varied position that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and flexibility during busy periods.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have proven administrative experience working within an international law firm. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. It is essential to possess excellent communication skills, a client focused attitude, and strong competency across Microsoft Office.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 27,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
