JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An exciting opportunity is currently available within one of the world's leading law firms. You would be joining them as a Legal PA supporting a Partner plus team in the Banking division.
The successful candidate will be at a senior level in their Legal PA career. Candidates from a banking background will also be considered, therefore this is an excellent opportunity if you have this experience and are looking to move into the legal industry. You will be someone who is driven to succeed and also calm and unflappable under pressure. Your proven ability to place the needs of the client first in all situations will see you stand out from all other applicants.
This firm offer a fantastic working environment in modern offices based in the DIFC.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you providing support on a wide range of duties including:
* Extensive diary and travel management
* Assisting with business development duties
* Direct client management and client care
* Typing and amending documents
* Drafting correspondence
* Email/Inbox management
* Processing expense claims
* Maintaining internal client database
