JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious international law firm, who is currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their successful team. It is advantageous for the candidate to have banking experience however; this is not essential.
Based in Dubai, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal Secretary to provide exceptional legal support to a Partner and a Team of Lawyers. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- The Legal Secretary must be able to perform various legal administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings as well as taking minutes.
- This role will support the billing process, prepare, assemble bibles for client meetings, and will also process expense claims, and be responsible for photocopying, filing and scanning.
- The Legal Secretary may also welcome clients into the business and carry out any adhoc duties where required.
Requirements:
- To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate have experience working within a busy, corporate environment.- The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.
- The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Further Education in the related field is preferred.
