JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role of Personal Assistant within the Legal Department provides high level administrative support by handling information requests, archiving, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and liaising with the Legal Counsels, Senior Legal Counsels and CLO.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in:
• Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing
• Managing files and records
• Writing Memos and official correspondence

Language Skills:
• English is a must
• Arabic is preferable
• French is a plus
