JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and confident Legal Secretary in Dubai, to work closely with some of the top Lawyers in the region. The firm offer a friendly, yet professional culture where a work/life balance is encouraged.
You will provide high quality secretarial support to a team of Lawyers including but not limited to practice administration, document production, business development and administration tasks. This role is extremely varied including diary and email management, organising travel arrangements and handling of confidential material.
As an integral part of the team, you will provide a high level of professional support and build a strong and collaborative working relationship with your own fee earners, as well as the wider team.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years secretarial experience working for another international law firm. It would be advantageous to have regional experience. You must have strong attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced setting.
You must complete tasks with energy and enthusiasm and be extremely organised. You must have excellent communication skills in English. It is essential you have a positive personality with a passion for learning and working as a team.
