A well-known organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Legal Director, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Associates. This role is suited for a mature, detail-oriented professional who is accustomed to working in fast-paced legal environments and handling confidential matters with discretion.

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the legal team
• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, contracts, reports, and presentations
• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the legal team
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and document management systems
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on legal documentation and scheduling
• Track deadlines, renewals, and follow-ups related to legal matters
• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification (Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
• At least 10 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in:
• Corporate & Commercial law environments
• Financial services organizations
• Holding or large corporate groups
• Strong exposure to legal documentation and contract handling
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• High proficiency in MS Office and legal document formatting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage confidential information
• Experience supporting multiple lawyers simultaneously
• Familiarity with legal terminology and corporate governance documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
