JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, one of the largest law offices, is recruiting for a legal secretary for their offices based in Dubai. The candidate will sit within the corporate department.
This position is open to experienced legal secretaries with a minimum of 2 years experience within an international legal firm.
The candidate must possess the ability to work autonomously, off their own initiative and be an excellent communicator.
Role Responsibilities:
- Diary and travel management for partners and associates
- Electronic filing, faxing and other administrative duties
- Liaising with solicitors and clients via email and telephone
- Legal research and correspondence, message taking
- Typing of letters and emails
- Billing, invoicing and collections
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience in local or an international firm
- Well developed and sophisticated organization, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage relations at various levels within and outside an organization
- Proactive, innovative and results-oriented work orientation
- Commitment to perform responsibilities with high professional and ethical standards
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word packages
Candidates MUST be based in the UAE
The Benefits:
AED 16,000 - 18,000 per month + Benefits
