JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The ideal candidate should have minimum five years of experience as translator, understand to read written materials such as legal documents, scientific work, or news report, and rewrite material in to English or Arabic. Candidate with bachelor Degree and Certified Legal Translator by UAE Ministry of Justice and cam join immediately are preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Legal translator should be in same line of business as Service preferably in a legal translation office. We need the legal translator to be familiar with translating of following:
1. MOA (memorandum of association)
2. Signature authentication.
3. Under taking and declaration forms.
4. Local sponsorship.
5. POA (power of attorney)
6. Understanding in general the different types of contracts LLC, Establishments, etc.
7. Extraction of important details from legal contract.
8. Driving licenses and all types of certifications.
