Level 2 IT Support Consultant
Dubai
24 month contract + extensions
$10,000 + Visa + Medical + Flights + Leave
Networkers Internationals client is currently looking for a Level 2 IT Support Consultant. This is a 24 month contract that will continue to extend. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to fix all L1 & L2 issues. You must be proficient in MS Office applications, Sage, Outlook and Xerox support along with being able to remotely talk users through issues. You be have an excellent understanding of iOS email application issues and how to resolve them.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Requirements;
• L1 & L2 support
• Desk side support
• Fix end users daily issues in a timely manner
• Be able to support MS Office and Sage
• Able to fix all connectivity issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to deal with iOS email application queries
