JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is partnering with a global investment bank to recruit a Leverage Finance Associate to expand their Financial Restructuring team based in Dubai. This role will provide the opportunity to work on diverse projects, gaining exposure to various financial advisory, investment banking products and industries.

The Leverage Finance Associate will analyse both historical and projected financial data, creating financial models, directing business due diligence, drafting confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations whilst managing the execution of marketing engagements. This role will also entail the requirement to generate new business and maintain current client relationships.

The Leverage Finance Associate will gain exposure to a plethora of functions such as directing companies and stakeholders on out-of-court restructuring transactions and offering advisory services in stressed and distressed situation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must hold a Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in either accounting, economics, finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years experience in leverage finance/ financial restructuring within a top tier investment bank or boutique firm and proven experience working on complex/ large financial transactions is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of valuation theory, methodology and applications as well as a proficiency in LBO/ DCF modelling with exceptional quantitative, financial and analytical skills.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
