JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

6 day working week

On behalf of our client a private limousine company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a limousine Operations Manager. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for managing overall operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of chauffeurs, operations staff, labor, productivity, recruitment, onboarding, training, preparing annual budgets, fleet management and maintenance, maintain HSE, develop operations systems, plan and review compensations actions enforcing policies and procedures and meet and exceed managements expectations.

Salary:
AED 15000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have consistent experience working in Operations (Either as a Supervisor or Manager) at a Limouisine company. Be fluent in English with Hindi as a second language.
