Job Summary
We are seeking a trustworthy, well-organized, and multitasking professional to support the CEO with both personal household responsibilities and home office operations. This role combines personal assistance, household management, administrative support, and basic customer care/telesales duties.

The ideal candidate should be flexible, discreet, presentable, and comfortable working in a home-based professional environment while managing diverse responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Household & Personal Support
• Prepare coffee, tea, and basic meals for the CEO
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the house and home office
• Manage household supplies and daily upkeep
• Take care of the CEO’s pets during travel (feeding, basic care, cleanliness)
• Ensure the home office is clean, organized, and work-ready at all times

Personal Assistant Duties
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and reminders
• Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
• Assist with day-to-day personal and professional tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Administrative & Office Support

• Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, document handling, coordination)
• Use Microsoft Outlook, email systems, and basic MS Office tools
• Manage and post job listings on online job portals (basic level)
• Assist with internal coordination and record-keeping

Customer Care & Telesales Support
• Handle online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and portals
• Support basic customer care activities and follow-ups
• Assist in telesales and lead coordination when required
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions

Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, email, and MS Office
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Trustworthy, respectful, and discreet
• Willingness to work in a live-in arrangement
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or Administrative Support is an advantage
