JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing re-export documents online, particularly for transactions involving Dubai. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for managing documentation processes and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires proficiency in using web-based platforms for document preparation and submission.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process re-export documents using web-based platforms, with a focus on transactions involving Dubai.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather required information for document preparation.
• Maintain organized records of all documentation transactions and related correspondence.
• Stay updated on changes to re-export regulations and procedures, particularly those related to Dubai, and ensure compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage various documents efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues on documentation-related matters as needed.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Ability to analyze contracts for compliance and risk assessment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.• Minimum of [2 years] of experience in documentation management, preferably in an FMCG trading or related industry.
• Proficiency in using web-based platforms for document preparation and submission.
• Familiarity with re-export processes, particularly for transactions involving Dubai, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any shipping issues or delays.

• Prior experience or knowledge of Dubai's re-export regulations and procedures would be beneficial. documentation such as (CO,PHYTO,BL OF ENTRY, GATE PASS, etc.… in Dubai online systems is necessary.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for documentation management (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems) is necessary.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to analyze data related to contracts, shipments, and logistics to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
• Aptitude for problem-solving to address challenges or obstacles in contract negotiations, shipment logistics, or compliance issues.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on analysis and assessment of contract and shipment-related information
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Fluency in English languages, if applicable any other languages is an advantage.
