Logistics Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage the supply chain processes including procurement, transportation, inventory management, and distribution to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan and schedule shipments, coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Analyze logistics costs, identify areas for cost savings, and implement cost-effective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of coating products.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and materials.
- Must be proficient in any logistics software and ERP systems for inventory management, transportation planning, and tracking.
