Salary: up to 17K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A supplier and distributor of pipes, tubes, fittings and other piping components

Job Description:
- Contact and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, container shipping lines representatives, shipowner agents, surveyors in the ports of loading and discharge.
- Responsible for issuance of packing lists, supporting with other shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, stuffing reports, surveyors reports etc.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to the company’s staff and to clients
- Prepare appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
- Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Open to Russian speakers
- 40 years old and below
- Must have in-depth experience in dealing with marine shipments of industrial commodities
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role preferably from manufacturing industry
- Immediate joiners are highly prioritized
