JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Role Scope:
Coordinate internal and external logistics to the brand’s restaurants as well as external business units, guaranteeing the supply on a timely manner, according to operation’s needs.

Main Activities:
1. Coordinate inventory and delivery logistics to internal and external customers.
2. Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
3. Optimize the correct use of vehicle fleet.
4. Coordinate import shipments for local distribution.
5. Coordinate and manage initial restaurant opening inventories.
6. Maintain a constant diminishment in operational expenses.

Secondary Activities
1. Create preventive maintenance plans for vehicle fleet.
2. Development of KPIs for the logistics department
3. Development of operation’s budget.

REQUIREMENTS

Main Technical Skills:
1. Knowledge of transport technical specifications.
