JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our Arabic-speaking clientele. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving retail environment in one of the region's most vibrant markets.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with Arabic-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, promotions, and market trends relevant to the retail sector.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a customer-facing role within the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of the local retail landscape and customer preferences is a plus.
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
