Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure the store is always presentable to potential clients.
- Assist with stocktaking and restocking of items.
- Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
- Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the fashion industry with experience in luxury retail.
- A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Experience in meeting sales targets.
- A team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and weekends.
