JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery, ensuring production efficiency and product quality in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
- Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production records and document any operational discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role.- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to flexible schedules as required.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle machine operation tasks.
Salary:
AED
1,500 to 1,800
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
