JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowance
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations of the restaurant branches
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
• Ensure that all restaurant machineries are at their working standards
• Conduct regular inspections to restaurants and other facilities to detect and resolve problems
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian Nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the similar role preferably from the F&B industry
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
