Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family insurance

Job Description:
- Lead maintenance team, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee budgets, inventory, and manage external service providers.
- Track maintenance activities, generate reports, and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Male, 40 years old and below- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related field
- Proven maintenance management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
