JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• MALE ARABIC CHEF DE PARTIE (ARABIC Cuisine) up to 3.6K AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Fujairah
• Responsible in supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders.
• Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to ARABIC candidates
• Male, below 35 years old
• Culinary Diploma or any certificate is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in Hotels and F&B outlets
• Strong Exposure in ARABIC CUISINE with Hot and Cold Section experience is a must
• HACCP Certification is an advantage
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Presentable with good hygiene
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work Location: Fujairah, UAE
Salary up to 3,600 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation, transportation, duty meals and incentives
