JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Male Clinic Manager up to 22k Aed for a Cosmetic and Aesthetic Clinic based in Dubai
• Manage and monitor all operational processes for the Clinic
• Manage clinical services in such a way that promotes referred business and ensures sustainable growth and development
• Set and implement clinic operational policies and procedures
• Will have full P&L accountability and achievement of sales and growth targets
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, or similar
• At least 5 years UAE experience in Healthcare Management in the UAE
• Target-driven, Business-savvy and self-motivated leader
• Team leadership skills and able to effectively coach subordinates
• Good written and verbal communication skills
