JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Male Country Manager for a Prestigious Retail Company in Dubai
Core Tasks:
• Provide leadership and vision by assisting the staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on strategies;
• Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan;
• Establish and lead execution of operation strategy;
• Set and achieve key performance targets for: sales, delivery, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance;
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Male; Open to any nationality
• The role requires an experienced manager at least 10 years of experience with a background in distribution or logistics, with a flair for innovation and ingenuity, process efficiency and new business development.
• Candidate must have sales experience especially in Retail, FMCG and Beverages sector
• Possess working experience in top FMCG Companies
• Africa working experience is mandatory
• Experience in sales and in managing people is a clear asset.
• Will be based in Dubai but will handle Africa region
