Male Employee Relations Up To 12k Aed for a Leading FNB Company In UAE
- Employee Relations explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
- Explains company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
- Develops, schedules, and conducts technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to any nationality
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in a similar position, preferably from a well-known FnB company
- Ability to develop, schedule, and conduct technical management and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
- Ability to explain company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
- Ability to counsel employees regarding work, family, or personal problems
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be energetic, organized and fast learner
- Can join immediately (1-month max)
- Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications
