JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Male European Sous Chef up to 12K AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Abu Dhabi
• Open to EUROPEAN nationals
• Male, 40 y/o below
• Diploma Holder or any related course
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience, preferably from a 5-Star Hotel
• Ideally working as a Sous Chef or CDP for a min. of 2 years
• Has strong background in International Cuisine
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
• Experienced in managing a team
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
REQUIREMENTS
• HACCP or PIC certificate is a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can join immediately (1 month max)
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary is up to 12,000 AED plus one bedroom flat, quarterly bonus and other hotels benefits depending on experience and qualifications
