JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Male Pastry Chef up to 14K AED for an FnB Holding Group in Sharjah
- Open to any nationality, preferably TURKISH candidates
- Male, 35 years old below
- Degree in Culinary Arts with specialization in International Pastries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Expertise in production planning, caterings/events background is a plus
- Bakery experience within Middle East is an advantage
- Can join immediately (visit/cancelled visa preferred/ max 1-month)
- Work Location: Sharjah, UAE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bakery experience within Middle East is an advantage
- Strong understanding of market request and menu development
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
