JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Male Secretary to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assisting management and coordinating communication within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily office operations including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and mail effectively and professionally.
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
- Coordinate communication between construction teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in travel arrangements and logistics for staff and management.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to facilitate project progress.
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor Degree- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in UAE
- Fluent in English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
