JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Male Western/European Restaurant General Manager up to 25K AED for an FnB Holding Group in UAE
Perform regular inspection of restaurant facilities and maintain all safety procedures and evaluate all everyday reports and financial statements and prepare all required reports.
Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• Male, Open to any nationals
• Proficient in P&L, Cost Control, Budgeting, Inventory control, Purchasing
• Min. of 6 years of experience from the same industry
• Must have a steakhouse / grill experience
• Preferably, from American Brand line of restaurants
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS systems
• Education: Diploma or higher
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 25,000 AED depending on your qualifications and experience.
