Employment: Full Time

An expanding multinational training business is looking for a Management Accountant & Administration Support to join its Dubai team.

The role is a SOLE position in Dubai, reporting to the CFO in Australia and is responsible for tasks such as managing all financial transactions, handling quarterly VAT lodgements and ensuring timely tax payments. You will also assist with preparation of financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss statement and liaising with the year-end audits. Additionally, the role requires a comprehensive and confidential administrative support for day to-day operations to maintain efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, process and reconcile intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations and other required general ledger entries, and payroll processing and leave management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Maintenance of general ledger including P&L reviews/management and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with group corporate policies, regulatory and generally accepted accounting principles, and working with Ansett head office finance function.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including VAT and other applicable taxes.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of financial audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and support to auditors during audit engagements.
• Actively communicating with the Global Financial Controller on the company's cash position through financial forecasting and projections.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Working with Global Financial Controller to implement and manage internal controls and business processes.
• Employment Contracts, issuing of polices and procedures, onboarding and terminations
• New employees Visa and associated requirements, Medical Insurance, Biometrics
• Manage ordering, inventory and budget of office supplies equipment.
• Other administration tasks as directed by management

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Outstanding organizational & time management skills able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent administration skills, including computer literacy and attention to detail/accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to liaise at all levels.(Fluent in English
• Able to work in a team and autonomously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
