Description
* Oversee engineering and technical solutions for assets in the development phase.
* Provide technical support to optimize performance and extend asset life-cycles.
* Manage budget planning for projects and O&M companies, ensuring financial feasibility.
* Conduct technical due diligence for bids and M&A activities.
* Lead technical negotiations for key project agreements, including EPC and LTSA contracts.
* Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements throughout development and operations.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).* 8+ years of experience in energy generation or similar roles.
* Strong expertise in technology selection, configuration analysis, and thermal power generation.
* Experience with international and GCC-level projects, including EPC contracts and long-term service agreements.
