Reputed Real Estate company in Dubai is looking to hire a Manager
The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experienced in marketing and developing business
• Ability to connect with decision makers and build opportunities and relationships
• Meet sales goals
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate
• Well-presented appearance
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel ad Word
• UAE Driving license is a must
• Experienced leadership
• Achieve growth and hit sale targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Coaching and performance monitoring to Agents
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the company’s Managing Director
