JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Manager Operations and Maintenance Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for all our O&M activities. You’ll coordinate with various teams, ensure efficient resource use, and keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage schedules for O&M tasks.
• Coordinate with departments to align schedules with operational needs.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Track and monitor schedule performance, addressing any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and completed tasks.
• Communicate scheduling plans and updates with teams.
• Use software tools (e.g., CMMS, ERP systems) for scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate scheduling risks.
• Improve scheduling processes and practices.
• Oversee special project schedules.
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in O&M scheduling or a related field, with managerial experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling methodologies, regulations, and safety standards.
