Royal Sky Group is seeking an experienced Managing Director for its boutique digital solutions business, specializing in developing web design, mobile application, and design of differing sizes E Commerce solutions for individuals, businesses, and governments. We also offer a host of excellent services that can and will contribute to the success of business such as marketing, consultancy, or advertising.

About the role:
Reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a small team, lead and grow our IT and digitalization company with a clear objective to increase sales and profits.

Key Accountabilities:
• Build and execute yearly business plans, including key objectives, strategies, enablers
• Generate revenues and net profits
• Improve mid- and long-term portfolio: quantity & quality
• Deliver in-time high-quality service
• Manage and motivate the team
• Ensure data storage & security
• Supervise all contracts and agreements, ensure full respect of relevant laws
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
• Generate and share internal reporting
• Be informed about the industry (news, laws, events)

Hybrid ( 3 days Al Ain, 2 days remotely)

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
