JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor, based in Dubai.
They have recently been awarded 4 new build projects across Dubai and therefore need to increase headcount for the commercial team.
You will effectively be the number 2 in the commercial team, reporting into the Commercial Lead / director, overseeing the projects from head office.
Salary will be MAX AED 45,000 and this is dependant on qualification & experience
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
Must have
- 10+ years experience in the QS field
- 2-3+ managerial experience (minimum of 5 QS's)
- Degree holder in the field of Quantity surveying
- UAE experience & currently based in Dubai
- Experience on Hotels, Towers & Malls desirable
- Experience Managing a Team of QS / Overseeing multiple projects (multiple projects desirable)
- Experience as a UAE Project QS / Contracts Role
- Experience working in a predominately Arabic environment desirable
- Knowledge of Fidic suite of Contracts
