JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assist in certifying the works carried out by the contractor.
- Maintain and control the measurement filing system including the logging and filing of the RFI system.
- Assist in valuation of variation orders, preparation of site instructions and evaluation of the Contractors Claims.
- Checking of the Contractors interim monthly payment certificates.
- Provision of Pre and Post Contract cost management service for key client on-going projects.
- Coordinate and work with the wider business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying.
- 10 - 20 years of Experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Must have worked on infrastructure project experience.
- Excellent Communicator.
- Arabic Speaking Preferred (Not Essential)
