Position: Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Overview: The FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing process in a fast-paced consumer goods production environment. This role involves managing a team of production workers, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:
• Supervise and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement production schedules and adjust as necessary to respond to changing demands.

Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues or concerns.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of the production team.

Quality Control:
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Investigate and address any quality issues promptly.

Safety Compliance:
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and losses.

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement best practices and learn manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business operations.

Communication:
• Communicate production goals, objectives, and expectations to the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Report regularly on production performance to management.

Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
• Language(MUST): Proficient in Korean and English
• Educational Preferences: Over Bachelor’s degree
• Gender: Male
• Age: 25 - 40 years
• Work Experience: 2 - 5 years

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working Conditions:
• Salary: Decision after interview (depends on your work experience)
• Term of the Contract: 2 years
• Working Hours: 8 hours + / per day
• Vacations: 30 days
