We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Marketing Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's activities and ensuring smooth operations of marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and tracking project deliverables.
- Maintain marketing databases, including contact lists, client information, and results.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing marketing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather data, conduct market research, and analyze marketing metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
