JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Marketing:

* Responsible for Group Advertising and Branding of the existing and new products being launched by the Group.
* Preparing marketing strategies, plans and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
* Managing and updating the local portals.
* Coordinating with EME Regional Office on the activities of Marketing & Branding and sourcing the business compliments on their behalf.
* Preparing News Letter on the activities of the local entities along with competitor activities to promote the local entity at group level.
* Preparing customer surveys.
* Coordinating with the HQ on Magazine.
* Preparing and assisting the managing director on marketing presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

Analysis:

* Responsible for Segmental analysis on the sales & marketing activities
* Preparation of MIS reports for regional office & Head quarters.
* Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses and new business data.
* Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
* Research competitive products, trends & other market information for the collective reporting.

Procurement:

* Responsible for administrative supplies, IT equipment, Assets etc for the group.
* Monitoring & Managing the CAPEX Budgets.
* Implementation of CAPEX policies and procedures.
* Responsible for obtaining the CAPEX approval from various levels of management and offices.

Must have at least 4 years experience in Marketing Analysis and a University Degree
