JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a global professional services organisation, who is looking to hire a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. The role will be to drive growth and market share, leading and coaching various departments to implement successful marketing and sales strategies.
Your main responsibilities will include leading and coaching a team to achieve and exceed annual company budget forecasts. You will proactively identify and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share as well as accurately analyse data to support decision making and business plans. You will also oversee the development and execution of organisations events calendar.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and have at least 7 years’ experience within a sales/marketing industry, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth. You must be able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness. You should be a creative thinker and problem solver who is savvy with digital and social media platforms as well as demonstrate excellent communication skills and awareness of client’s needs.
