JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for successful planning and managing the execution of offline events, meetups, and conferences for Bitget.
• Working with internal stakeholders, vendors, influencers to execute forward-thinking events effectively to deliver business goals of generating brand awareness and facilitating partnership building.
• Conceptualizing ideas for events, creating, and enforcing budget, liaising with suppliers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that the event is well executed.
• Maintain the top KOL’s relationship.
• Enhance Bitget brand awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Based in Dubai
• Proven success in event organization is a must, cryptocurrency industry knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
• Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, positive and outgoing personality, multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
• Creative, out of the box thinking
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead the team by delegating tasks effectively
• Expert time management skills.
• Crypto background is additional advantage.
