We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team in the legal industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships in the UAE-Dubai market.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand the services offered and develop tailored marketing strategies to promote the firm's expertise.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new business.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, business development activities, and market insights for senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful marketing and business development in the legal or professional services industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and the UAE-Dubai market dynamics, including regulatory environment, client preferences, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse marketing team.
- Proficiency in market research, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
