JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to help plan, execute, and manage both internal and external events. The ideal candidate will act as a host at various events, including webinars, seminars, and cultural activities, while ensuring smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events.• Act as host for all types of events, webinar, seminars, cultural etc
• Analysis the guests list and share reports to make sure we are taking actions post events
• Speak to all attended participants to start building relationships leading to potential meetings
• Ensure our event partners are felt prioritized through customized experiences
• Coordinate marketing requirements with creative team and ensure everything is available ahead of time for the event
• Maintain the CRM and ensure mailers are sent out regularly to clients and the contacts are constantly updated.
• Coordinate with event organizers and vendors for seamless event delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in company videos and promotional activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Arrange for activities for the team along with the HR team
• Negotiate contracts and secure event requirements.
• Register the company for relevant tenders and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
• Strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Travel to different locations within GCC or internationally to represent the company.
• Arrange and manage client visits to company locations or events.
• Ensure regular client feedback collection and management.
• Demonstrate excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Show proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
• Be flexible to work varying hours to meet event demands.
• Overall create positive brand value with clients and team. Bring in your entrepreneur hat and do the best to standout by thinking of ideas outside the box.
Required Experience:
• 1-2 years in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
• Experience in organizing events/managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Professional certifications in marketing or event management are a plus
Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and tools.
• Proactive, self-starter with a flexible attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
