JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
MP Group is a DIFC based group of 5 companies, focused on high professional services to companies and entrepreneurs in UAE or that want to expand their businesses in UAE.
We are market leaders in our sector for the European customers and we are recognized as service provider with high added value and highly customized solutions according to the customer's needs.
Right now we want to expand our business also in UAE based customers, and for this we are looking for an energetic and ambitious Marketing Executive Intern to work on-site in this new project.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analyze trends
• Create and developing the new marketing strategies
• Create, develop and implementing the new funnels, based on the new marketing strategies
• Collaborate with sales to understand the customer’s needs and our target audience
• Develop social media engagement and content creation (blog, youtube, social media accounts)
• Create and tracking campaign and preparing reports
• Develop and optimize SEO for our online sites and channels
Requirements:
Qualifications and skills:• Must be fluent in English and Arabic or English and Russian.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and crm tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in direct response marketing, funneling, social and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
What we are not looking for:
• freelancers who works for more companies or marketing agencies (we are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to join our team)
• Candidates who want to work from home or abroad
• Marketers not focused on results
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
