JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in the cosmetics industry. Located in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products resonate with our target audience, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our cosmetics products across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights that inform marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create compelling product launches and promotional campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that encourages interaction and builds a loyal customer base.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising, public relations, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content that communicate our brand message effectively.
- Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and training that enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, presenting findings to the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
- Proficient in using design software such as illustrator and photoshop
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade shows.
