JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the Oil and Gas industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, developing marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively promote our services and solutions in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and operations to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies to support sales efforts.
- Maintain and update the company website with relevant content to ensure it reflects our current offerings and capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and performance optimization.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
