Description
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support project visibility and sales goals.
- Content Creation and Management: Coordinate with content creators to produce engaging materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email campaigns; track performance and suggest optimizations.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract potential buyers and collaborate with sales for effective lead conversion.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed on trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.
- Event Planning: Organize events like open houses, showcases, and conferences to promote projects and engage audiences.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build relationships with media and agencies to boost project visibility.
- Budget Management: Assist in tracking marketing expenses to achieve cost-effective results.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to management.

Requirements:
- Experienced Marketer: 3+ years in marketing, preferably with agency experience in real estate or similar fields.- Digital & Content Savvy: Skilled in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and content creation for diverse platforms.
- Results-Oriented: Data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Strong Project Manager: Capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborative: Effective communicator with experience in managing vendor relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.
