JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team by executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with STS Group’s strategic goals. This role requires a focus on content creation, social media management, and driving online engagement to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.

Requirements:
Experience & Skills:• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing effectiveness.
• A proactive approach to learning new trends and technologies in marketing.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
