JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with strong marketing capabilities and a great deal of attention to detail to assist the General Manager and Marketing Manager. The role requires a highly creative individual who has a strong background and experience in preparing and delivering superior presentations, documents and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint. This will include the use of images, colors, adding animations, graphics and transitions. As well as PowerPoint, candidates should be able to also demonstrate working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including tools, such as Canva and MS Publisher.

Travel and event organisation will also play a large part in the role, including liaising with both internal and external stakeholders as well as local suppliers, ranging from venues, gift registries, catering, etc. The Executive Assistant will monitor the budgets, process invoices, and assist in all aspects of the events which can range from small seminars to large corporate and trade functions. The full scope of marketing activity will need to be supported and this also includes social media content and placement. Hence, English to completely fluent / native standard is required in this role due to the large amounts of written content required.
