JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a leading FMCG company based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Marketing Manager, you will deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
You will be responsible to develop annual and quarterly comprehensive business plans that cover marketing strategy forecasted throughputs and inventory constraints to allow management to make informed decisions, manage and direct analysis of industry market trends, customer perception, and competitive analysis, deliver a professional presentation. You will also be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Responsible for implementing, overseeing, and managing digital marketing strategies that advance an organization's mission by reaching a broad audience and attaining greater exposure.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful you should ideally possess 4+ years of experience in social media, digital, and eCommerce marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Experience working in an FMCG company is preferred.
